The lights work. The outlets do not.
Whatever Took Them Out Is Usually In Another Room.
Outlets dying together while the lights stay on means they share a circuit, and the fault sits ahead of all of them. It is rarely in the room that went dead. Finding where takes a meter and a licensed electrician.

Then it is usually the utility, not your wiring. Check with SMUD at 1-888-742-7683. If they tell you power is reaching your meter, the problem is on your side of it, and that one is ours. Call us.
You call, we come.
One outlet can be wired to feed several others, so a single failure takes rooms out with it while every light stays on. Sometimes it is a device with a reset button. More often it is a connection that has quietly failed inside a box, and that one has no button to press. Tracing it back is most of what we do.
My electric outlet in the garage wasn’t working in the garage and on the dawn to dusk light above the garage, Casey resolved the problem, did quality assurance to ensure all wires are okay… The staff at Priority One are great and Casey is very personable, patient and such a delightful person.Marian · Read on Google
