This is the 2nd time we needed them. Always friendly, always informative, always AVAILABLE. Called another and the nearest appointment was over 2 weeks away. That doesn’t work when you have babies that need AC. Highly recommend. — They are also available 24/7 but we elected to wait until morning. If you need someone NOW, Priority 1 should be your first call.

Talk about customer service. Wednesday, July 3rd at 6:30pm our power goes out on the hottest day of the year. Also happens to be the night before a holiday. One phone call to Priority 1 Electric, Mike, their electrician showed up within the hour. Mike was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had a million questions and Mike calmly and professionally explained everything and was very reassuring. We had our power back on by 8pm. Our family and our dogs thank you. We would highly recommend Priority 1 Electric.
I have used priority one multiple times for my older home and they get it right every time and give discounts for being a return customer. They are honest, professional, and let you know what they’re doing and why. Its everything you want in a company and i plan to use them again if I need to.

My electric outlet in the garage wasn’t working in the garage and on the dawn to dusk light above the garage, Casey resolved the problem, did quality assurance to ensure all wires are okay, this was a fluke that I will never forget. The staff at Priority One are great and Casey is very personable, patient and such a delightful person. Another great company to add to my Rolodex :))

I needed some old, obsolete electrical conduit and wiring removed from the exterior of my home. In addition to this work, I had two new outlets with a new breaker installed in the backyard for the backyard railroad I am building with my grandkids. Casey did a great job from the estimate through the completion of the project! I highly recommend Priority 1 Electric!!

I live in Elk Grove and I called out this company to install an exhaust fan in my master bathroom and figure out why my outdoor lights were not working properly. This company came out the same day I called them and the electrician that came to my house was very helpful and really new what he was doing. He fixed all my problems and now I am a happy camper!!
