Welcome to PRIORITY 1 ELECTRIC. Our early discussions about what we wanted as a service company brought about the creation of the company’s name. Discussions were based on a small- town restaurant that my mother and grandmother operated. I occasionally waited tables and washed dishes. The restaurant was called “chat and chew.” I remember the customers not only knew each other but shared news and events. Lots of friendly conversation. When they needed something, they expect to be served. This is what we do. Priority 1 Electric is a 24/7 service company. I have the pleasure of answering the telephone each evening and on weekends. We are now in our 33rd year of operation in the Sacramento Metro Area and doing well. A most difficult and troubling task is finding the employees that fit our personality and demeanor requirements. We are not construction orientated. We are classified as a small company, and plan to stay that way.
Our liability and auto insurance are provided by Federated Insurance. Our California contractor’s number is 657852.

I am so committed to my company’s work that if you are not satisfied with the workmanship, we will make it right or give you your money back, every penny. I will personally deliver it to you with an apology on behalf of everyone at our company. Our two Lead technicians have been with the company 8 and 14 years as of this date.
